Obsidian working on 3 unannounced projects, including KotOR3?

I've avoided the recent rumours on Obsidian and Star Wars: KotOR 3 but with some new job listings and coverage on multiple sites, it seems worth raising.

The most important piece of information and the only thing that could be called factual is several job vacancies on offer at CreativeHeads. While it may just be a trick of the wording, the job positions could be interpreted as three separate unannounced projects. Sifting through the positions, there are entries for an "Unannounced - 3rd Person, ACTION, RPG" on PC/PS3/XBox360, an "Unannounced - RPG" for PC/PS3/XBox360 and "Unannounced - 3rd Person, ADVENTURE, RPG" for PS3/Xbox 360 (no PC listed).

Obsidian has publically acknowledged Project New Jersey (story), with Producer John Morgan saying:
Obsidian Entertainment is indeed working on a third project. All I can really say is that it's in a state of pre-production at the moment and it is not a Bioware license.[...]

It's not a sequel ;)
Feargus Urquhart subsequently described Project New Jersey as "not exactly an original IP or specifically a license. Lets say that it's something that is inspired by a license"

It's hard not to link the apparent new evidence that there is at least one - and possibly two - *additional* projects with recent persistent but completely unproven rumours of KotOR3. Among others are claims or comments from IGN, Gaming Horizon and an unofficial Xbox magazine all hearing rumours or taking guesses that KotOR3 is in development at Obsidian.

Decide for yourself but beware the flimsy evidence - although it seems there's *something* new afoot at Obsidian, perhaps not surprisingly given that Feargus told PC.IGN they expected to have 110-115 staff working on 3 projects by the end of the year. Let's see what the eventual announcements bring...
