Since the game has just been announced, the preview has information that is mostly new to the public. Heres a snippet from the preview: Although more may be added later in the development cycle, the plan is now to give you three playable races to choose from: the Humans, Orcs, and Tauren, a new minotaur-like race being introduced in Warcraft III. As Bill refers to it, Blizzard is going for "concentrated coolness" at this point. Basically, it's better to have a few really great, unique elements than 100 things that are exactly alike, so Blizzard is focusing on these three races at the moment to make sure they're the absolute best they can be.
