The cluster is currently under heavy load, while we are debugging a state that started today after downtime. This state has ocurred randomly for brief periods before, but is frequently ocurring today. In this situation we decided to utilize this for diagnosing the problem, sacrificing short term playing experience with the long term benefits of finding out what's causing this, since it only occurs on Tranquility with thousands of players.
