Here's a part of it: (Spinhead) Will weather conditions in Paragon City have any effect other than looking neat or obscuring vision? Nope. They will enhance the environment visually, but won’t have any affect on game play. (Johnny Blaze666) Speculations is rampant, what does the Statesman look like? Or does Jack know yet? Will we get to see screenies of dev characters and the historical characters mentioned in the timeline before launch? Jack knows what he looks like, but isn’t telling. Statesman will eventually be revealed either on the CoH web site or in a magazine…no one knows yet exactly how he will make his big debut. Everyone on the development team will have their own character, and the hope is that we’ll get to introduce them to you by launch. As far as some of the other characters in development go…you’ll see more screenshots of enemies and heroes before the game is released…but not all the ‘historical characters’ mentioned in the timeline will be in the game. They’re just part of the back-story.
