He continues like this: The sad thing, despite the fact that the expansion is unexciting, is that the venerable New World Computing employee announced the news shortly after closing a thread about 3DO breaking its own rules during the official map contest (the contest was meant to gather player-made maps for the second expansion, and the rules specified that maps could not be published on the Net; we learned yesterday that at least 2 of the selected maps have been available for months on the Net). Yes, 3DO has a track record of unexciting expansions - but die-hard fans will want this one, also...
