Very addictive and a huge improvement over the original series. Immersive storyline and sidequests, heroes powers, skill trees, pets, etc. Truly a sequel! It won't go wrong further continuing the series!

Excellent action/RPG game, the people voting 1 on this game are just being dicks, it's a great game, I would vote it maybe 8 or 9 but since some people are putting 1 on there I have to go with a 10 to counter their idiocy.

GREAT GAME (little voice and camera problems) noone has to like a game but you should say something why you give this game "1"

Yes, Iīm sorry. I showed myself as an idiot. The game is not bad, Iīm sure. But thereīs something that canīt convince me, something that canīt catch me into the game... I apologise for my last comment. It may deserves a 7 or 8, but Iīll give it a score that mixes both things. The overall score as itself deserves, and my feeling about the game( I donīt mean I hate it, just that itīs not my game), (and sorry for my poor English, is not good enough but I try to do my best). Hope you enjoy this game more than I have done

the world itself is beautiful, but this game is just waay too easy, not a challenge in any way! also the enchantments is really f**ked up, finding items that requires nature magic but boost combat magic is not uncommon. no hotkeys for the spells and too small spellbooks totally ruins playing magic characters.. its fun for about 2 days, until you discover they put all the energy on eyecandy and none on gameplay, i give it 6 and then im being nice..

Wonderful game. The character development is a huge improvment over the original series. Missing a mp world like in DS1 though.

Dubbing it a "RPG-Lite" game is a good description. It has enough RPG elements to keep it involving and interesting but also enough action to not become boring with stats, lore, character development etc. The graphics are good enough for me and are somewhat improved over the original. The music I liked a lot! The voice acting is "ok", sometimes a bit shoddy and sometimes adequate. Bottom line for me: I enjoy DS2 greatly and give it a solid 9.

The voice acting is good, actually better than average.Battles can be confusing but pause gives plenty of time to plan and the "hold" bind is a life saver. Plenty challenging for me.Well done!

This gmae is great. This is my first real attempt to playt an RPG and this has an easy learning curve. The quests are really fun, some are a little easy though. The sound is fabulous, graphics are fabulous, gameplay is fabulous! Id definately recommend this game!

Better than the dirst dungeonsiege. like the powers and the environments, THe hack and slash, hack and slash, hack and slash tends to get very repetitive very early in the game. I still find some enjoyment playing DS2.

I think this game is outstanding and a good value for the money. It has a HUGE map to explore and a lot of neat treasure to discover. Quest journal is top notch, as is automapping, ease of controls, graphics, atmosphere, and writing. No it's not a hardcore CRPG, but it kept me busy while waiting for Oblivion. Highly recommended.

Morandil has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Morandil)

The one thing most reviews have glossed over is the save game system. It's highly annoying when you have to stop playing, save, and have to travel back to where you stopped, fighting respawned monsters along the way. This alone drops the game by a significant margin for me.

Great Game, Great history, the LAN option i really nice! does anyone knows more RPG games with the LAN option? i'm tired of searching through the web but i can't find a Site that helps on this matter.. thx! :)

A good Action RPG. Compared to the first sequel, the number of quests have been drastically increased. However they are still very basic and straight forward. When you have planned your skill progression, this game is all about looting, which is random based...

Original was good and very rich in environments. This one, however, was like a treadmill. In one word, linear

VERRY BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baller. has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Baller.)

Definately a 9. Its a superb game, love it. But errr...there are things that could be improved.... 1) I hate it when u want to get on with the story, but have to go back from kalrathia to some jungle near eirulan and so some annoying side quest. that really p***** me off sometimes coz its really not fun to run around the continent just to talk to some stupid ghost! that i found better in ds1 where the side quests where linked to the main quest. 2) not enough items!! yes, i play as a throwing weapons-ranger, and there are only 7 types of throwing weapons in the whole game!! they couldve added much more to it. i mean in ds1 there were brand new weapons in every town! but in ds2 u find the same weapons in every town -.-' 3)no 'ds1 adventure feeling'!! wot i mean is that there are only 3 stations (eirulan, man'lu and kalrathia) where u can actually buy decent weapons, plus the whole teleportation system gives me a feeling that u are not really adventuring, but taking a walk and u can return to the town whenever you want. i found that better in ds1 too, where you go from town A to town B then to town C and so on, and find new items in every town! but i still love this game and play it regulary! HAIL CHRIS TAYLOR

Why they did that stupid save system??? The game is good, but this save system KILLS the gameplay...

Love it! Though it is a hack and slash game with some linearity.
