Dark and Light: Permabug and Character Selection Updates @ Official Forums

The Dark and Light team has isolated some of the problems resulting in the notorious permabug which prevents players from logging in to their characters. A partial fix has already been applied and more changes are on the way.
Here is an update from the devs about the perambug and the "Unable to select charecter" bug.

1. Permabug (Updated)

The problem causing the permabug has been identified. It hasn't yet been fixed, but almost. With some luck, it will be solved tonight or tomorrow. A first patch has now been applied and should have solved some cases, and also the UTSC error should come less often. Everything's not done, though.

2. Unable to select character

Right after the permabug is fixed, this will the very priority of the devs. They have already begun to work hard on it. We will get back to you as soon as there are news.
