What do you most like about the games industry?

That we can connect to people from all over the world in the same game experience at the same time. Maybe I sound like an old fogy saying this, but you couldn't do that when I was a kid. It is only in the last 30 years that it has been truly possible and only in the last 10 years that it has been practical. There is nothing like completing a mission online and hearing the comments over voice chat come in several different accents.
