Gamer's Pulse has smacked up a review of Ascaron's action RPG 'Sacred'. Their rating is remarkably low as compared to other scores we've seen so far - a mere 29/50.
Point and click. That's all I've been wanting lately: a simple, point and click role-playing game. As the processing power of computers continue to rise exponentially, the role of point and click RPGs seems to diminish. Titles like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic combine traditional role-playing elements with third-person action that steer away from old-school point and click games. Sacred attempts to reinvigorate point and click role-playing games, but fails to energize a genre that has seen better days and better titles.
