There is a review of Morrowind: Tribunal at AlloutGames. They rate it 83% and find these closing words:
All in all, there's no way to avoid recommending this expansion to fans of the series. To leave it sitting lonely on the shelf would be doing it (and yourself) a disservice, even if you haven't finished the original game. It integrates itself well into the Elder Scrolls universe, provides a good 20 or so hours of diversion, and brings in another huge city populated with interesting characters. And if you love going underground, the miles and miles of twisting tunnels and dungeons should be more than you could ask for. There's something for everyone here, and enough content to be a small game unto itself. So do yourself a favor and add this to your collection; you won't be sorry.
