The server Pluto will be set online that same day. It will be a one char server, official language is English (like on Saturn and Uranus), with LE and with safe zones (e.g. Plaze, Via Rosso etc.). Neptune will follow later (no ETA yet) and will also be a one char server, but without LE and most likely without any safe zones.
