Thanks to Wayne from Gamehelper for letting us know that they have posted a review of inXile's 'The Bard's Tale' for PS2. Rating: 8.5/10.
Ah yes, the time of the blessed holiday season is upon us. Christmas lists are being filled with toys and trinkets galore, caring mothers are buying their children gifts early to take advantage of sales, and for us who happen to work in the video game industry, November is what I like to dub our “Harvest Festival”. The whole month is filled with our most anticipated releases and hot action titles that we want to fill our stockings or be placed underneath our tree. Every few years however, it seems that one or two games pass slyly under the radar of holiday hype and surprise us with its own magical touch. The Bard’s Tale, a complete rehaul of a 1985 classic, is just one of those games.
