I finally got around to talking to some NPCs, trying to find something to do. In the ten minutes of running around town, I managed to find more than five quests to do. Though there are hundreds of quests available, it seems as if many of them are simple 'retrieve X item for some certain NPC.' There were however some helpful quests. One that I did was a stamp hunt, where I was supposed to find seven NPCs in town and get them to give me a stamp and return it to a boy. It took me about an hour to find all the NPCs, however the quest did force me to explore the city, and by the end of it I had the entire city memorized.
