What is Beyond Divinity? First and foremost, it is the highly-anticipated sequel to the award-winning role-playing game of 2002. Beyond Divinity is set in the Divinity universe, but with some new twists to the story. The heart of every true RPG lies in its story. It is the underlying reason that motivates the player to take certain actions, follow and complete quests, and continue further into the universe of the game world. Without an immersive story, the hero is left floundering, or worse. Beyond Divinity will provide that necessary element, a rich storyline that takes the player to fantastic universes where he or she will encounter some interesting plot twists. Beyond Divinity also holds a trump card – the game includes a random quest generator. We’ve seen it before in an RPG, but not for a very long time.
