It is important to remember that in order to complete a quest for a specific henchman during a later chapter, you usually have to complete the quests from an earlier chapter. You should also note that there are times when you will NOT be able to go find a henchman. It is wise to always have one at your side for those unexpected transports to new and often deadly places. Choose wisely.

Sometimes you need to speak with a henchman several times and/or travel with them for a period of time before they will give you the 'clues' needed to do their quest. I make it a habit of talking to all of them everytime I come to town and use their responses to dictate whether or not I need to partner with them for a while.

Tomi Undergallows
Chapter One Quest: There is a forged OFFICIAL DOCUMENT by one Belman (apparantly not a good forger) that Tomi needs. He will reward you with the Ring of the Rogue.

Chapter Two Quest: Find THE STAR OF CALIMSHAN in Wanev's Tower. Tomi doesn't actually want the ring, but for your efforts, he gives your RING OF THE ROGUE some additional pizzaz.

Sharwyn
Chapter One Quest: Find the CLESTIAL ELIXER in the Peninsula District. Your gallantry will get you a Belt of the Performer with a nice magical boost to Charisma and Persuade.

Chapter Two Quest: Get the LOCK OF NYMPH'S HAIR from the Nymph's Home in Neverwinter Woods and she will upgrade your BELT.

Daelan Redtiger
Chapter One Quest: He is looking for his MOTHER'S BROOCH that you should find in the Docks District. The reward, a strength modifying Amulet of the Red Tiger Tribe is well worth the effort.

Chapter Two Quest: Get the GREAT AXE from Gorkan the Dwarf.

Linu La'Neral
Chapter One Quest: In Meldanen's Estate in the Black lake district, you'll find the SILVER CHALICE OF MOONBOW. She rewards you with the Pendant of the Elf which modifies your Dexterity.

Chapter Two Quest: In the first level of Troll Caves off the East Road, the JOURNAL OF SYNTH LA'NERAL can be found. Another upgrade of the previous reward is given for your efforts.

Boddyknock Glinckle
Chapter One Quest: He wants a BREAD RECIPE found in the Beggars Nest. The reward is the Lantanese Ring which gives you a Regeneration +1 and a boost to Charisma.

Chapter Two Quest: Obtain the PRISM BLOSSOM SEED in the Creator Race Ruins and you will get your Ring upgraded.

Grimgnaw
Chapter One Quest: The IRON RING from his dead quarry (a member of his order that didn't quite make their high standards) will net you the AMULET OF THE LONG DEATH. It boosts your Constitution, but it was just too creepy for me to wear.

Chapter Two Quest: There is a MUMMIFIED HAND in the Arcane Brotherhood's Tomb. Just give it to him and don't ask questions. Your Amulet will be upgraded as a reward.
