Here's part of what they say: Do you think you could write a quest for Dark Age of Camelot? Good. Enter the DAOC Once Upon a Time Contest. From now until Wednesday, February 6, 2002 at 11:59 PM EST, you may submit your tale for consideration. The winning story will appear in the game. Here are the rules. Please note – your entry will be discarded unread if you do not follow these guidelines. Remember, I’m the one who sorted through the guilds that applied to be included in the beta. I know perfectly well how many thousands of entries I’m going to get, and believe me, any excuse to narrow the field will be welcome =) Absolute Rules, No Room For Debate: 1) The subject header of the email must say ONCE UPON A TIME. 2) You must be a paying player of DAOC, with an active account. 3) There is a limit of ONE contest entry per person. 4) Include your real name, and your account ID name. 5) No vulgarity, obscenity, or anything else that would make your tale rated R.
