IGN has posted an all new interview with Bethesda's Todd Howard about the company's fourth installment in the 'Elder Scrolls' series.
Fans of roleplaying games have good cause to celebrate. While the genre's presence on the PC has declined somewhat in favor of massively multiplayer games, there's still plenty of excellent single-player RPG action to be found thanks to the efforts of Bethesda. PC gamers have long appreciated the studio's excellent RPG series, The Elder Scrolls, and the studio gained an entirely new following among console gamers with the Xbox release of the third installment in that series, Morrowind.

Bethesda recently announced multi-platform development of Oblivion, the next chapter in their acclaimed Elder Scrolls series. We decided to get in touch with Todd Howard, Executive Producer of Oblivion, to find out just what to expect from the new game.
