A review of Diablo 2 - Lord of destruction has been published at Wargamer. The review is very detailed, and makes a good reading. no final rating given, but this conclusion says it all:

Lord of Destruction offers more of what most Diablo 2 players desired. More new, cool items; more classes to play; more areas (albeit all within one additional act); and more options and choices in play. While not offering huge improvements in play, it continues the Blizzard legacy of expanding play and decreasing annoying game mechanics while maintaining the extreme fun factor that keeps gamers playing until the wee hours. If you enjoyed playing Diablo 2, Lord of Destruction is a very worthwhile investment in both money and gaming time. If you are new to the game, you are in for a treat.
