The daily AO update can be found at the official site, and here's a snippit for you: These are the changes that are already started or will be coming very shortly. Make daily update more relevant to the problems people experience in the game and the discussions on the message board. Increase Funcom activity on the boards. Respond to people who have raised issues. Updating the FAQ and manual. Inform players about the updates in news. This work has started. Spotlight threads with official replies or are particularly interesting. These threads are now the only threads that are sticky. Initiate discussions about ideas and issues we would like player comments on. This has already started.
