How did you start the music company?

Jason Hayes: Starting the company is the easy part! All it takes is a willingness to be unemployed :) Really, I’m just now starting out, so the biggest challenge lies ahead- That of juggling the creative and business aspects of building the company. For the 7 years I were at Blizzard, I never had to think about the business side of things. Now that I’m on my own, I’ll have to spend a little time out of my day tending to that part.
