Gamecloud - First what can you tell us about how Magic Hat Software was formed?

Alan Chipura - Dennis Robinson, the Lead Developer of Irth Online, and I had worked together on games for about seven years. During that time, we developed a vision of new and innovative approaches in design, game concept, mechanics, storyline, and implementation to improve the MMORPG experience. We started turning our vision into reality about two years ago with the Irth Online project. Our detailed concept and production documents were well received by investors, even when, at that time, investment money for MMORPGs was hard to find. And, Magic Hat Software LLC (www.magichatsoftware.com) was formed, and Irth Online was born.
