Another review of Baldur's Gate 2 - Throne of Bhaal can be found today, this time at GameTechscenter. The score is 8/10, and this is a snippit from the somewhat short article:

Some of the new features of TOB include. The new Wild mage kit. This a mage who deals in magic that has a good chance of blowing up on him. Watcher's Keep, a deadly new dungeon that can be played from TOB or Baldur's gate 2 but it is not required to finish either BG2 or TOB. In a sense Watcher's keep is a nice bonus to TOB. There are loads of new spells including high level ones like "Wish" and being able to summon awesome new creatures to your aid. Melee lovers will also be happy to see new combat feats. Lastly the level cap has been raised to 8 million experience points. This will allow some classes to reach 40th level. As always there is an in-depth manual explaining all the new features in TOB that comes in the box...
