ToTheGamre has posted a preview of Spells of Gold, Buka's mix between RPG and trade simulation. Here's something:
The combat engine needs a bit more work. When you keep clicking your opponent to attack him occasionally you`ll "move around", and sometimes you`ll even trade places with your opponent. Although it’s realistic that you’ll move in combat, it only serves to let you miss your target and give a move command instead of attack. It’s very frustrating but hopefully fixed by the time the game is released.
If you do something for the people you talk to they will remember it, and their personal attitude towards you will be remembered. This will occasionally prevent them from teaching you skills, or giving you tasks, but apparently it does not affect the mission generator. |
