Artifact Entertainment, Inc. developer of the critically acclaimed, massively multiplayer online game Horizons: Empire of Istaria is in the process of adjusting the company in order to meet the demands and the goals established with the recent launch. Launching December 5th in Europe and December 9th, 2003 in North America, Horizons is already serving tens of thousands of players.
