Ascaron's 'Sacred' has been reviewed over at the Stratos Group. The score is 3.2/5 and here's a snippet:
It's quite literally impossible to write this review without making the inevitable comparison Diablo. For Sacred is indeed a graduate of the Diablo Institute of Monster Slaying and Barrel Smashing. Just like Diablo, you create your character by selecting one of a handful (six in this case) of character types, who are only customizable as far as name. Later, once you get into the game you'll see that Sacred is very much based off the core monster slashing and loot gathering formula that made Diablo so popular. Even a few twangs in the musical score are likely to remind you of Diablo. But it won't be long before Sacred shows you that it's got quite a few major twists of its own.
