Summoner was a nice game, so I hope that Summoner 2 will be the same or even better. Here's a small part from the preview: Most of the criticisms about the original Summoner were technical in nature and seem to have been addressed in the development of Summoner 2. Load times are reduced, endless text boxes have been streamlined and augmented with voice-overs wherever possible, and the combat system is much more interactive. I would consider the first Summoner to be a game of incredible potential that was hamstringed by the complications and frustrations of delivering an ambitious, epic RPG title to a new, untested system.
