Interplay seems to be determined to distribute the titles on its own if necessary to meet the anticipated release date. Vivendi on the other hand denies a possible delay even though it seems as if the company has sent updated release schedules to retailers listing both titles as due out in early 2004. Sounds like a typical case of: "???" ;) .
