Bowman: If you are a casual player or are new to MMO games then it would be important but difficult for you to know how to evaluate the team, but if you’ve played these games and have an expectation for continued growth of the game, value being added after the launch of the game and you know the importance of good customer support, then the Live team and Customer Support team members and company attitude are very important.
