He also mentions it features various races such as shades and tieflings that come in a variety of classes and levels. The module also includes a dynamic magic system alongside a random magic system with many pre-created items. Here's more from the Readme:

Each module in the Endless Nights series is created using a different concept to provide an alternate style of play from the previous modules. Endless Nights V is created with a fast-paced pen-and-paper concept - similar to the pen and paper "hardcore" mode in Endless Nights IV. It is designed to be survivable (though difficult) for a solo character.
