Obsidian Entertainment was looking for an RPG to do for our first project, and when the opportunity gave us a chance to work with LucasArts, we pretty much jumped at it. We were made up of a large percentage of former employees from Black Isle Studios, and finally getting the chance to do a Star Wars RPG was a big break for us. We'd worked with BioWare a lot at Black Isle; they gave us a good recommendation, and we really can't thank them enough.
