If you expected added geography, you might be in for a surprise: The Shadowlands will not be a geographical add-on in the sense that most people are expecting, however. Don't get me wrong, The Shadowlands WILL contain mountains, rivers, tunnels, and the like, that can all be walked over, or through, or under, or whatever. You see, The Shadowlands are more like a "state of reality" than a lost or hidden continent. The Shadowlands are a dark dimension reflecting AO's main planet of Rubika. Confused? Let me spell it out for you: If you stepped through a looking glass in Anarchy Online, The Shadowlands is where you'd end up.
