I think half the people that gave it a bad rating a few months ago could go back and play it now, and find things changed to something they might enjoy. PVP is awsome, sure some classes play better there than others, but a truly good player can win with any class. You have to know the right tactic for what you play. Leveling is slow in the upper brackets though, so prepare to put in some time. PVP is a nice break from that.
