Here's an interesting bit about the quests: Describe some of the new quests that will be available. There are two types: The Tribunal main quests and new side quests in the city of Mournhold. We've tried to expand upon some of the livelier quests we did in Morrowind, ones where other characters were doing things, too. We have a play you can be in, a henchman you can hire and so on. Overall, the quests have more personality and feel less repetitive. The interview features some screenshots from the expansion, and they look very spiffy :-).
