Knights of the Old Republic is without a doubt the game of the year on Xbox and quite possibly PC as well. As most of you know, BioWare is one of the leading developers for PC role-playing games with such titles as Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate. BioWare has set the standard when it comes to RPG's and that's why LucasArts gave them the opportunity to develop the first single-player RPG set in the legendary Star Wars universe.
