There's a bit of a "threat" in the beginning of his speech as he says "...Mythic is committed to continually improving DAoC as long as our community supports it.". Read: "If you stop cancelling your accounts because of our recent decision to increase the subscription fees [story], we'll actually do most of the stuff that is listed below". However, there's quite some good stuff ahead like plans for a new server for casual players and tons of other things to make DAoC more fun. Check it out!
