One of the key parts of RF Online is the huge RvRvR battles that take place every eight hours in the mine area. One key strategy that race leaders can use is, of course, the formation of an alliance with another race. Certain outposts throughout Novus are free trade areas and have safe zones where you can freely stroll among other races.

The internal politics of the game world are at the players' control, with high councils making decisions for each race as a whole. More on that will follow.
