Animation does not look right.It stutters half way when wolves are running and this is on a 3ghz Pentium with a Geforce3.The land seems overrun by swarms of monsters wanting to kill you.I end up dying constantly and having to go through a long reload of my last save which makes me want to stop playing from all the waiting.Yet with all these unrealistic number of monsters acttacking me the land still feels dead as if am just in a big shoot em up but without the smooth graphics and a very boring combat system.Time to return this one to the store just like i did Tribunal.This makes the already boring and tedious Morrowind even more lame.I hope after this stink bomb they start work on Tes4 and give us a real successor to Daggerfall instead of this garbage done with no heart. |

Another empty dull expansion game by bethesda.I will wait for when they make a whole new game instead of these cheap and quickly done boring expansion packs. Boy Blood moon must have some of the cleanest dungeons i have ever seen! No cobwebs,shiny smooth dirt,no spooky sounds.Very sterile to say the least.Give me an old Daggerfall dungeon full of blood and junk left behind by victims anytime over this fake crap. |

Amazing Bethesda just keeps getting better and better! They must be hoping for a failure so they can stop making all these fun scary Expansion Packs that are so profitable and make The Elder Scrolls4.Well they have a long wait because this is an even bigger hit then Tribunal and of the same quality as the original Morrowind.Well worth my hard earned money! |

Hot damn! Them wolves be some tough bastards to fight or avoid for that matter! My level 50 Nord Paladin is getting a real good beat down.Finally a worthy challenge has appeared for my character again.And what a cold snow cursed buetiful land to die in.I must go now for i see more of these starved mad dogs approaching! This is the most gorgeous snowy landscape I have seen in a game.I really felt lonely traveling in a blizzard.Lucky me I found a warm tavern with some hot drink to comfort me.The atmosphere really sucks me in. |

In the darkest of night I came upon this solitary cabin on a bitter cold night.Suddenly i heard a blood curdling scream come from within and i could make out the fast shifting shadowy forms of frantic movement upon the cabin walls.Then all fell silent untill the next instant when the cabin door flew open as if blown by a mighty tempest and to my minds horror i beheld it in all its unnatural primal fury!The Werewolf neither fully man or wolf howling with blood stained jaws and claws at the pale full moon above! |

The main story for bloodmoon isn't very good however the side plot for building a mining outpost is quite enjoyable since as you progress through the missions you get to see the outpost grow and prosper.
The new island is very nice to look at but is completely covered in monsters trying to kill you this is fine to start with but as you progress through the story you soon get bored of having to hack your way from A to B.
The expansion will not offer much in the way of loot or exp for people who have played through both morrowind and tribunal. However with the difficulty set to max even high level characters will find this game to be pretty challenging in places. |

Its Morrowwind... on crack. And thank god for that because once you hit level 30 morrowind dies, I mean as in you can make EVERYTHING die at level 30 on the main continent. Solsheim however is a whole different story. Cold, desolate frontier and horribly perilous to even the most experienced of adventurers. Designing a new town was the coolest experience ever in a game. Dude was all like "A black smith or a general store?" I was like "DUDE!? Could you repeat that, I think you just gave me an interesting set of options." Longstory short being level 40 here on harder difficulties is like being level 10 on the main continent in the bowels of a sixth house base with a loincloth and dagger... no a fork (there is a quest where you use a fork to kill a monster). The added monsters and difficulty actually had me flee from combat on several occasions to survive. I enjoy it when a game can do that to me. One problem though is the snow. I am not sure why but when the blizzards start it suddenly turns my monster of a machine into a drueling moron. Still, much better then the tribunal expansion and more interesting (IMO) then the main game. |

For those who say this was lazily done i think your greatly mistaken.People spent many long months developing and bugtesting this to make sure it would be as stable as possible upon release.Yes it could have been a tad better but what do you expect from a game?If you want realism go outside into the REAL world.If you want a game perfect learn how to program and put in what you like yourself because perfection is a state of mind. |

Gorgeous architecture and landscapes.Where Morrowind felt a little too alien Blood Moon is perfect rpg atmosphere with log cabins,campfires,towns straight out of a picture postcard.Dungeons that are big and spooky.Exciting gameplay that improves upon Morrowind and Tribunal with a much more vast sense of freedom like the original game.Now when will the Nords invent some damn hot cocoa for this freezing climate!Brrrrr! |

Another empty expansion pack.No new script functions dull tedious gameplay and seasonal cycle of forcing devoted fans to waste money just to play the latest mods at the official website that wont work without the expansion.Its easy to tell alot of these so called home modders really work for Bethesda's hype machine.Whats really funny is the latest HOT mod by a Lady Eternity at the official forums needs not only morrowind not only the tribunal expansion pack but blood moon expansion pack too.Three pieces of software for one mod!What was really disrespectful was downloading this 145 meg mod for 6 hours and then finding out upon installing it that it needs the two expansion packs to play while the mod author never mentioned this while hyping up its release all summer long.Sorry but I dont like being taken for a fool or treated like a drug addict bye bye Bethesda may you reap what you sow. |

More of Bethesda's empty boring half finished game design.What do they expect customers to use the editor that comes with no instructions to fix whats wrong with all their products.Please give me a break!I paid for a complete game.I guess its back to playing Divine Divinity and Arx Fatalis now those are some finished games that you can play out of the box with no problem. |

Bad animation graphics with wolves pausing in a half run pose.Snowstorms that slow down my 2ghz PC and Radeon video card. Empty almost totally flat landscape with enemies just charging straight at you like idiots or as if they are so scared they would rather have you kill them or maybe its just sloppy programing.So many enemies acttacking at once that am constantly dieing and have to do a one minute reload over and over.The Characters are still just as ugly as they are in Morrowind.Same old slow boring music as in Morrowind.Most of my old Mods that I downloaded for hours over the Internet now dont work anymore with Bloodmoon installed.Lacks realism and logic as I jump into fires and dont get burned and never freeze when in a blizzard.Everyone says the same thing as the next person just like in....MORROWIND! This expansion just feels dead and lifeless with no heart or inspiration in its making. |

Carries on the tradition of Bethesda creating an even better product then what they previously produced.Very exciting and immersive.You really feel like your in another land besides Morrowind while still seeing plenty that lets you know this is the world of THE ELDER SCROLLS.Very action packed and the Expansion plays like greased lightning on my Pentium900 with a Geforce2 GTS three year old PC.Characters are also more interesting and you find yourself drawn into their situations and wanting to help.The Wolves and other wildlife look excellent and dungeon creatures look morbid and unnatural in a HP Lovecraft kind of way.Another winner by the hard working people at Bethesda!Thanks Bethesda! |

I love this game. It's f*****g brilliant, you get to be a f*****g werewolf. By the way i like the word f***k. I also like the word cheese but i get hit in the head a lot(American football) |

GDlives said: Animation does not look right.It stutters half way when wolves are running and this is on a 3ghz Pentium with a Geforce3.The land seems overrun by swarms of monsters wanting to kill you.I end up dying constantly and having to go through a long reload of my last save which makes me want to stop playing from all the waiting.Yet with all these unrealistic number of monsters acttacking me the land still feels dead as if am just in a big shoot em up but without the smooth graphics and a very boring combat system.Time to return this one to the store just like i did Tribunal.This makes the already boring and tedious Morrowind even more lame.I hope after this stink bomb they start work on Tes4 and give us a real successor to Daggerfall instead of this garbage done with no heart.
