The update takes care of disappearing/misplaced bodies, a crash bug related to a spell effect, and a crash bug that was caused by "file not found" errors (MRM/MMB). In addition to that, an option that prevented sky texturing issues has been reactivated. Savegames made prior to the hotfix will automatically be updated to the latest version and will continue to work. You only need to start a new game in case you have run into a problem with disappearing/misplaced bodies so that you could not finish certain side quests.
