PC Gameworld has posted a rather late review of 3D People's 'Kult: Heretic Kingdoms'. The score is 70% and here's a sample:
An enjoyable RPG experience with some interesting game play elements provided you can get past the shortcomings.

Kult: Heretic Kingdoms is a combat-oriented isometric RPG which combines hack & slash game play with a rather deep skill system. The game presentation comes off as a bit dated. It appears that the developers wanted to marry Icewind Dale’s graphics with Diablo 2’s click-happy game play and didn’t really succeed in their quest. Thankfully, the game has an intriguing storyline and includes some interesting innovations for an RPG.
