Morrowind Mods: Npc Replacer 3.11 released

This great mod has been updated to 3.11 version. This is what you can expect:
Now the plugin is based on ESM (master file) and it replaces the following races:

Breton/Nord/Redguard/Imperial(even vampire for imperial)
Wood Elf/Dark Elf/High Elf
ORC male(!!)
Many npc are replaced "one by one"

All the faces are made by talented artist such as:
Original faces by Rhedd, Allerleirauh, Don Salus, Zuldazug, Arathrax, Noviere, Hell Kitty, Nomad, Eternum and Ironf...
