The Horizons team have announced the completion of the recent Lair Auctions and have posted a guide for those planning on building a new home for their dragons.

Also available at the Horizons site are the patch notes for the updates, fixes and additions added to Chaos and Order on December 6th, 2005. Here's a sample:
