The Secrets of the Nerevarine project is offering an insider look to all of its development details. As the post says:

After much deliberation and consulting of a new friend, Jedi_Hart, I have decided that I am done trying to make a game of making a MOD. I had thought that perhaps people would enjoy following the progress of a large scale MOD over the course of its creation but I have found that either they don't have the time, or simply don't wish to do so.

So I will reveal the true nature of the Secret of the Nerevarine and most of what it will offer in the following thread. This project is still very much in the creation phase and probably has a few months to go so don't expect it next week or anything but a lot has been done and right now if you include ALL the needed files for it to run it is over the 200meg file size. The ESP alone is now over 27 megs and is growing every day.

So far to date I have put over 1400 hours of work into the project and I expect that number will be more then double by the time the SotN Project is complete.
Whoa, 200 megs! Well, you can check all the details at this page.
