Action role-playing is a curious genre. On the one hand you have the massive success that is Diablo, and on the other you have a horde of imitators, from Nox to Dungeon Siege, who just couldn’t quite match that success. Britain’s Ascaron Entertainment thinks they’ve found the recipe with their upcoming action RPG, Sacred. We got a Beta copy and put it through its paces.
