Pirates are one of the many great groups whose tales of adventure and mischief have survived the test of time. Sid Meier has given them another sizable boost of fame with his updated resurrection of the aptly named Pirates.

Pirates is a careful blend of genres, lf you have played Freelancer you will already be familiar with this kind of story-driven trading game, however – pirate theme aside – Pirates is very different to Freelancer and offers more depth of gameplay and a greater variety of pursuits.
