MGON serves us a review of Pool of Radiance - Ruins of Myth Drannor. Their rating fits well with others we have seen so far, a mediocre 6.5/10. Here's a bit:

The visuals are for the most part ok and certainly the 3D characters look better than the aging 2D isometric cut outs which game like Diablo and Baldur’s Gate utilise. However sometimes you will find the action is annoyingly obscured by the scenery.

Movement is a point and click affair, or perhaps that should be a ‘point, click and wait for the grass to grow and an interminably slow pace affair’. This is because character movement is s-l-o-w. The pace isn’t always a problem, but none of your characters are likely to be lining up against Ben Johnson or his mates. Autorun is a must.
