Looks like the Brits and Scandinavians will be getting it first (well, almost, thanks to Gorath for pointing out that it's already available in the Benelux countries, Israel, and Italy ;) ). 'Gothic II' is supposed to be in stores (or shipping) in the UK and Scandinavia by tomorrow.
