MMO's are a strange class of games. They draw people in, make them play for hours on end, and seemingly do not have an actual “ending." Guild Wars, the new genre entry from NCSoft and developer ArenaNet, is what one might call an MMO-lite. There is no monthly fee and there is a progressive storyline, but everything is still done in the type of giant world that will be familiar to MMO fans.
