Described as a "cyberpunk style tactical strategy with RPG elements" with a release date of February 2004 (which I assume is for the Russian version or they work *very* fast). The website is fully realised with a game description, screenshots, 51Mb gameplay trailer and a gallery featuring some of the game's NPCs, Armory and so on.
