However, this has all changed, as Americans will be able to get the GameCube Ocarina of Time and Ura Zelda bonus disc when they preorder The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. The deal will begin February 16th at select retailers, over a month in advance of The Wind Waker going on sale. Nintendo has yet to comment on whether Ura Zelda will retain its Japanese title, as well as whether receiving the disc will require a simple downpayment or paying for The Wind Waker in full.
