This time WorthPlaying's Rainier brings us the full (and exciting) story re BioWare's active and recent efforts to secure more talented individuals for their teams...
BioWare announced its plans today to continue the expansion of its development teams for its future video-game projects. The Edmonton-based company is actively recruiting for a variety of positions across numerous disciplines, and will be taking those recruitment efforts across North America in the upcoming months.
From March 7-11, 2005, BioWare will be attending the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California, where hopeful recruits will have the opportunity to learn more about the company and its games, as well as the positions available, which include 3D graphics programmers, technical artists, senior writers, and many others. Interested candidates are encouraged to visit BioWare at the GDC Career Pavilion, Booth 365 or the BioWare website at jobs.bioware.com
Too bad that I am both retired already, and settled in here along the Outer Banks - otherwise, I'd be tempted to apply:-)
As noted, interested individuals can also apply online at BioWare's Official website, which lists not only all of the positions BioWare is looking to fill, but provides a great deal more information about each position, its requirements, etc., to include even some helpful links for interested applicants!!
